Delete your FitAI account
You can request deletion from the website or the app.
Delete from your account
- Sign in to your FitAI account.
- Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account.
- Read the deletion details and complete the confirmation.

What deletion removes
The deletion flow removes your account identity and associated fitness records, including workouts, nutrition logs, health summaries, body scans, progress, and community records handled by FitAI's account-cleanup service.
Deletion is permanent. Payment providers may retain transaction records required for legal or accounting purposes.
Cancel billing separately
Deleting your FitAI account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Stripe subscription. Cancel the subscription with its billing provider before deleting your account.
Cannot sign in?
Email trainwithfly@flyfitness.fit to request account deletion. Contact us from the email associated with the account. We may need to verify ownership before removing data. Do not send your password or payment details.
